I've travelled the world, led teams of over 100 people, and learned some pretty hard lessons along the way.
I'm grateful for every one of those lessons. They've challenged me, strengthened me, and at times, could have easily broken me.
I've managed hundreds of millions of dollars in business and spent years working side by side with business owners to help them grow.
But none of those numbers are what I'm most proud of.
What I'm most proud of is hearing from people I worked with years ago who still give me credit for helping them get to where they are today.
I've never been someone who sugarcoats things. I believe in having the difficult conversations, challenging the way people think, and helping them see opportunities they might not recognize themselves.
Everything I've experienced, every lesson I've learned, and every challenge I've overcome has brought me to where I am today. There's nothing I'd rather do with that experience than put it to work helping you create your own success story.
